What Our Pest Control Work Covers
Last updated: October 2026
North Dakota Pest Pros provides pest control services described in the estimate, service agreement, or other written confirmation for your property. The agreed work may include inspection, treatment, monitoring, and recommendations for pest-related conditions.
The written description sets the boundaries of each visit; work not listed there is not included automatically. We do not promise that pests will never return, since results depend on the pest, site conditions, and steps taken by the customer.
Pesticides are used according to their labeling and EPA registration requirements, and applicators must meet applicable North Dakota licensing rules, including NDCC Chapter 4.1-33. Where applicable, work also follows the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170, and OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.
Container handling and disposal follow label directions and applicable North Dakota Department of Agriculture requirements. Structural repairs, cleanup, wildlife removal, and work outside the written scope require a separate agreement. Wildlife matters may involve the North Dakota Game and Fish Department.
Booking, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method confirmed by North Dakota Pest Pros. We will provide the scheduled date or arrival window and any preparation instructions we have for the agreed service. Please make sure an adult can provide access and share relevant information about pets, occupants, prior treatments, and conditions that could affect the visit.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible and before the scheduled arrival when you can. Any cancellation charge or notice requirement will be disclosed in the applicable estimate or service agreement; no additional fee applies unless it was disclosed and agreed to.
If we cannot safely or reasonably perform the work because access is unavailable, site conditions differ, or required preparation is incomplete, we may discuss rescheduling. A request to add areas, pests, or tasks changes the service scope. We will explain any effect on timing or cost and obtain your approval before doing added work.
Estimates, Charges, and Payment
An estimate describes the work and price based on the information available when it is prepared. It may need revision if an inspection reveals different pest activity, access needs, property conditions, or requested work.
North Dakota Pest Pros will explain any proposed change and seek your approval before performing work outside the agreed scope. An estimate is not a guarantee of pest elimination or a promise that conditions will remain unchanged.
The estimate, invoice, or service agreement will state the applicable charges and payment timing. Unless that document says otherwise, payment is due as shown on the invoice for the work performed.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and raising any billing question promptly so it can be reviewed. Do not assume that optional work, repeat visits, repairs, or services not listed in the written scope are included.
We do not offer a price or payment arrangement unless it is stated in writing. Any applicable taxes or disclosed fees will be shown in the service paperwork.
Written Terms Govern Any Service Warranty
North Dakota Pest Pros does not provide a general workmanship warranty or fixed coverage period unless a written estimate or service agreement expressly includes one. If your paperwork describes a warranty, it will identify the covered service, its duration, any required follow-up, and how to request service under it. Ask us before work begins if you need clarification about written coverage.
Any stated coverage applies only to the conditions and work described in that document. It may not apply when pests return because of new activity, untreated areas, building openings, moisture, sanitation or storage conditions, or other factors outside the agreed service.
Changes to the property, failure to follow preparation or follow-up instructions, or another party’s treatment may also affect stated coverage if the written terms say so. We will not imply a duration or guarantee that is absent from your paperwork. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Responsibility for Service and Property Conditions
To the extent the law permits, North Dakota Pest Pros’ responsibility for a claim connected to a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, or to liability that cannot legally be restricted.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tell us about known property conditions before treatment and follow any written preparation, re-entry, and safety instructions.
Pesticide work must follow product labeling and applicable EPA registration requirements. Our work is also subject to North Dakota applicator licensing rules, including NDCC Chapter 4.1-33, and other requirements that apply to the service.
The Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170, and OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, apply where relevant. These terms do not authorize off-label pesticide use or override applicable safety duties.
Pesticide containers must be handled and disposed of as directed by the label and applicable North Dakota requirements.
Questions About These Terms or Future Changes
For questions about these terms or a service agreement, contact North Dakota Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or [email protected]. You may also write to 122 1st Ave N, Suite 200, Fargo, ND, USA. Include your name, service address, and a short description of your question so we can direct it to the right person.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted where these terms are made available, with an updated effective date when applicable.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise; the terms provided with your service paperwork govern that transaction unless a later written agreement says otherwise. If a change affects a service already arranged, we will communicate it through the contact details on file or in updated service documents.
Please review the current terms before requesting new work. Questions about a specific estimate or invoice should identify that document.
Caleb Anderson
Service Expert at North Dakota Pest Pros
I started in pest control in the Fargo area, where long winters, spring thaws, and older homes can bring mice and insects indoors. I built this company to give North Dakota homeowners clear answers and treatment plans suited to the season and the building.
